Somehow I used nearly one gig of data in two days on this app. I don't watch videos because I don't want to watch a 15+ second ad for a ten second clip. Videos are set to not auto play and I just checked and they don't. But I'm guessing they are preloading so that defeats the purpose of it. I should be getting mostly text and static images. This app is using much more than my YouTube app.

EDIT:. 30 SECOND ADS ON VIDEOS. NO THANKS! You suck! Every time I try to view a video on this app, the advertisement won't go away. When the advertisement stops, I see a still image of the end of the video and can only hear audio of the news clip. It has been this way for well over a year for me. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Also, the weather part of the app is lacking features that other apps have.

This is my fourth review in 6 years. This app continues to have major problems. When clicking on the front window notification it goes to a blank a screen within the app. Presumably it's loading the page, but the page stalls out. Frustrating! Great news station but Disney is (apparently) cheaping out. I have nearly given up on this app. Please simplify this app to make it work better. Samsung note 9 and 3xl. Don't blame the hardware.
